About us

We provide printed cartons, labels, inserts and flexible packaging to our 400+ customers in the healthcare, natural health, personal care, and consumer goods markets.

Responsibilities

• Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.
• Cross train on all finishing assets in the Bindery department.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance/repairs, report any mechanical defects to Operator, Manager and Team Lead, and keep machinery in good working condition.
• Ensure quality system procedures are followed at all times.
• Ensure department meets all needs for customer satisfaction including OTD (On-Time Delivery).

Requirements

• Preferably +2 years of Bindery (literature folder gluer) or other technical skills operating machinery.
• Experience with basic Quality systems and documentation.
• Flexibility to work any shift and overtime.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

• Twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, reaching over equipment, kneeling, crawling, pulling.
• Extended periods of standing.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Long periods of concentration.
• Speaking, hearing, and vision are essential to performing job functions.

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour
