About the Role
Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Lexington, TN. This role involves supporting company core values, ensuring a safe work environment, and meeting production and quality standards. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying conditions.
Responsibilities
- Support company Core Values and participate in maintaining a Safe Work environment
- Inspect equipment for safety and complete observations
- Read and understand production orders
- Meet company productivity and quality requirements
- Operate cranes and handle materials manually, ensuring proper documentation
- Maintain good communication with team, supervisor, and management
- Stand and walk for 8 to 12 hours daily
- Perform repetitive climbing on and off equipment and ladders
- Work in varying and extreme outdoor conditions (hot, cold, rain, shine)
Qualifications
- Understanding and competence in all aspects of safe and efficient operation, including line equipment, processes, and procedures
- Detail and quality-oriented
- Verifiable dependability and energetic attitude
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word)
- Experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns
- Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist
- Forklift and crane experience a plus; must be trainable
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Base Pay: Starts at $18.25 per hour
