R+L Carriers is seeking a Forklift Operator Lead at the Huntsville, AL Service Center. Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers
• Read manifests and supervise dock workers
• Maintain a good attendance record and demonstrate strong work ethic
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting

Requirements

• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty
• Previous leadership, warehouse, and forklift experience in a fast‑paced LTL environment
• Good loading and unloading skills
• Ability to read manifests and supervise dock workers
• Prior forklift experience

Benefits

Pay

Starting at $25.50 per hour

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday – Friday, various shifts
