About the role

We Make Doors – Where they lead is up to you… This role involves updating shipping and receiving data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Update Backorder Summary
• Update the Shipping Summary and email it out
• Ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) and On Time Delivery (OTD)
• Make labels for Crating (Priority)
• Update Freight Data set
• Update current day Call List before 10:30am meeting
• Send out the updated Call List after the meeting
• Assign Carriers
• Update Customer and Carriers if pick up/delivery dates change
• Maintain updated dates on Cantor for the Shipping Team
• Answer emails/inquiries/phone calls from customers/carriers

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
