Loader- 3rd Shift (Monday-Thursday 6PM-4:30 AM)

About the role

Branch out with a warehouse career at Dollar Tree! We are looking for industrial athletes to join our amazing warehouse team as a Loader in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Load trailers while maintaining Dollar Tree safety policies to avoid personal injuries and property damage
• Ensure freight is loaded so that appropriate space is left at end of trailer, determining when overflow is necessary
• Check merchandise to ensure shipment is accurate, merchandise is not damaged, and is loaded onto proper trailer
• Work as a team to prevent production downtime due to overloading or merchandise being left on the extender
• Achieve set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Assist in other general warehouse duties on an as needed basis

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and load boxes 10+ hours
• Team players
• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience
