About the role
Join our warehouse team as a Loader in a fast-paced distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Load trailers while maintaining Dollar Tree safety policies to avoid personal injuries and property damage.
- Ensure freight is loaded so that appropriate space is left at the end of the trailer; determine when overflow is necessary.
- Check merchandise to confirm shipment accuracy, damage-free condition, and proper trailer assignment.
- Collaborate as a team to prevent production downtime caused by overloading or merchandise left on the extender.
- Achieve set productivity standards (engineered or otherwise) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Perform general housekeeping duties.
- Assist in other general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs frequently.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and load boxes for 10+ hours.
- At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
- Team-oriented mindset.
