Job Profile Summary

Job Description

• Uses forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to safely move and position the items onto the vehicle.
• Inspects for damages, defects, or any other issues that could impact the quality of the products and reports any quality concerns to supervisors or appropriate personnel to ensure that only high-quality goods are loaded for delivery.
• Arranges load requirements to maximize trailer use and minimize imbalance, unnecessary movement, and damage.
• Cleans up after loading operations.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and helps to track stock levels, monitor product availability, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Determines that the weight distribution on the truck is balanced to maintain stability and prevent accidents during transportation.
• Coordinates with warehouse personnel, drivers, or other loaders to ensure smooth loading operations.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $17.00 - $25.65 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
