Load Management Specialist

About the Role

This position is responsible for creating and managing loads through LTM and following all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards. Additional duties include inventory management (moving units between loads, stock code changes, etc.) and facilitating communication between Sales, Transportation, Receiving, and Environmental. The role also involves scanning, faxing, copying, and sorting mail and internal documents while adhering to all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage loads through LTM
• Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards
• Manage inventory, including moving units between loads and stock code changes
• Facilitate communication between Sales, Transportation, Receiving, and Environmental teams
• Scan, fax, copy, and sort mail and internal documents

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 3-5 years of Microsoft Office experience (required)
• Cooperative attitude toward all internal and external customers
• Professional language and conduct at all times
