LOA (GPO)

Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to support Loan Officers in facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications.

About the role

Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reviewing supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines. Provide support throughout the loan application process and serve as a point of contact for members, receiving and responding to inquiries to help them collect required information and complete necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support and communicate with Loan Officers and members
• Obtain minimum required documents from members to assist in loan approvability
• Work the loan from pre-application to post-application
• Calculate income and analyze asset statements
• Daily phone contact with members (50% of the job)
• Virtual contact for other tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in a professional office administrative or financial call center role
• Strong customer service skills (50% of the daily job is on the phone)
• High-speed internet (cable or fiber) for hybrid work

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Training schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST
• Shift hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST (must be available for both shift times)
• Location: Pensacola, FL
• First 6 months: 4 days onsite, 1 day work-from-home per week
• After 6 months: 3 days onsite per week (based on performance and supervisor approval)

Pay

$19.00 - $19.00/hour.
