Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – Illinois Full-Time | Skilled Nursing Facility | Haven of Ridgeview is seeking an experienced, motivated, and resident-centered Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the facilityEnsure compliance with all Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and federal regulationsMaintain continuous survey readiness and lead successful survey outcomesDrive quality improvement initiatives and performance metricsLead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teamsOversee budgeting, financial performance, and census development strategiesPromote a positive, resident-centered culture for residents, families, and staffServe as primary liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and community partners Qualifications Current Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license — requiredProven experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care settingStrong working knowledge of IDPH, CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulationsDemonstrated history of regulatory compliance and successful survey performanceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field — preferred Compensation & Benefits $95,000 -$105,000 annual salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement planSupportive ownership with resources focused on operational and clinical successOpportunity to lead a stable, well-established facility with strong community presence How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a confidential resume for consideration.
