LNA Evening Shift

About the role

The Arbors of Shelburne is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) for their Evening Shift team. Positions are available both full-time and part-time, offering a potential hourly wage of up to $26.50 with shift differentials and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Aiding residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the state of Vermont
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Pass a background check

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures

Pay

Up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives.

Schedule

Evening Shift: 2 pm to 10 pm, every other weekend.
