Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and performing other clinical duties.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in North Carolina.
- At least one year of recent, relevant clinical experience.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
