LNA/Caregiver

About the role

Bridges by EPOCH at Nashua is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and Caregivers for a full-time position from 3pm-11pm with every other weekend included.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance caregiving skills.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within assigned areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Passing background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Commitment to providing exceptional care to seniors.

Skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of memory care principles and best practices.
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures.
