LNA Care Partner - Medical Surgical - Per Diem

About the role

We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Care Partner to provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and patient-centered approach to care.
• Uphold the values of MCH: Compassion, Collaboration, Honesty, and Respect.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid New Hampshire state licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Empathetic nature and genuine commitment to patient well-being.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
