About the role
The Ticketing Coordinator supports the ticket operations team for Live Nation-promoted events in third-party venues. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting day-to-day ticketing operations.
- Maintaining accurate ticket inventory data.
- Processing internal ticket order requests.
- Assisting with financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Coordinating event setup activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting onsite event operations.
- Participating in special projects and training.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring ticket sales activity and preparing reports.
- Managing internal ticket order requests.
- Ensuring accurate fulfillment and adherence to company policies.
- Supporting event setup activities.
- Performing quality assurance reviews.
- Providing onsite event support.
- Assisting with special projects and process improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in ticketing operations, box office administration, event operations, or a related field.
- Experience with Ticketmaster systems and ticket operations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Willingness to work onsite and provide event support.
