LMS Administrator / Learning Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a LMS Administrator / Learning Operations Specialist to join our team. This position is remote and provides significant benefits such as improved work-life balance, flexible schedules, and time/money savings on commuting.

What You Will Be Doing

• Creates courses, programs, lessons, and offerings in the Workday Learning Management System
• Manages campaigns and waitlists in the Workday Learning Management System
• Runs reports in the Workday Learning Management System
• Manages learning activities in the Workday Learning Management System
• Supports the Talent, Learning & Organizational Development team
• Works hand-in-hand with the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team

What You Will Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience requested
• Master’s degree in related field, instructional design certification, and/or facilitator certification preferred
• 1.5–2.5 years of requested experience as a Learning Management System Administrator (Workday Learning preferred)
• Requested experience: Troubleshooting
• Preferred skill/experience 1: Instructional Design
• Preferred skill/experience 2: Learning Facilitation
