LMHC or LICSW Therapist
Ellie Mental Health is a growing multi-clinic organization focused on breaking down the barriers to quality mental health care. We are located right off of I-495 in Marlborough.
About the role
We are seeking a full-time LMHC or LICSW Therapist to join our practice. We provide a flexible work schedule, balancing client needs with a healthy work-life balance. Our team includes therapists from all walks of life and experience levels, from pre-licensed clinicians to fully licensed therapists with board-approved clinical supervision credentials.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- For Full-Time status, maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client visits per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned that are meaningful and important to your role
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university
- On track to obtain licensure in your designated field (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LADC, etc.)
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
