Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress according to company policy
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill our mission
• Utilize creativity in interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session in accordance with company guidelines and protocols
• For full-time status clinicians, maintain a caseload of at least 26 client visits per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as necessary
• Attend and actively participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Candidates must have a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
• Candidates must hold a valid clinical license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LADC, etc.)
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes is required
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential
• The ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients is necessary
• The capacity to submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner is required
• A comfort level and familiarity with working with a diverse client base is necessary
• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!) is preferred
