About the group
Llums del Nord is a working group formed in the 2020-21 academic year, comprising librarians, teachers, and mediators. We share a passion for reading and a commitment to amplifying young adult literature, which is often overlooked between children's and adult literature. Our goal is to promote greater diversity and quality in literature for young people.
After analyzing young adult literature from a gender perspective in the first two years, this is the second year we are reviewing the classics of young adult literature and compiling a catalog of new classics from works published in recent decades.
