About the role

Affect is a mental health provider expanding its services to include virtual care. We seek licensed mental health professionals to join our remote care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Support members with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges
• Work with members who have substance use disorders at times
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our EMR system
• Coordinate care and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment
• Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations
• Adhere to HIPAA and state licensure regulations

Requirements

• Active and verifiable license from LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT, and state of residence if not Illinois
• Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
• Strong communication and clinical skills with a trauma-informed approach
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

• Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience and license
