LLE/OFCI Senior Program Manager, Data Centers

For our client, we are seeking a LLE/OFCI Senior Program Manager, Data Centers to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead procurement strategy for mission-critical data center equipment, with a strong focus on large-scale capital projects and equipment sourcing. You will partner closely with design teams, equipment manufacturers, and global suppliers to define specifications, evaluate proposals, and negotiate commercial terms. The position is central to keeping multimillion-dollar procurement programs aligned to budget, schedule, and technical requirements across concurrent projects. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $138,840 – $152,400 annually Responsibilities Lead procurement strategy for mission-critical data center equipment Develop comprehensive procurement programs for large equipment packages Establish relationships with data center equipment manufacturers Partner with design teams to define equipment specifications Evaluate technical equipment proposals for performance metrics Negotiate commercial terms with global equipment suppliers Monitor multimillion-dollar procurement budgets and schedules Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 7-10 years of experience in data center construction or equipment procurement Expertise in data center mechanical and electrical systems Experience managing procurements for $100M+ projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems Exceptional organizational skills for managing concurrent projects Strong communication and negotiation skills Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid time off and company holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
