About the Role

Complete living room renovation project encompassing multiple trades and finish levels.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope and client requirements
• Obtain all necessary municipal permits
• Set up comprehensive site protection (floors, furniture, adjacent spaces)
• Complete selective demolition of existing finishes
• Perform rough-in work for electrical, lighting, and fireplace systems
• Hang and finish new drywall to smooth or textured specification
• Install crown molding and base trim
• Install recessed lighting cans and trim kits
• Update fireplace surround with new tile, stone, or mantel
• Install new hardwood, engineered wood, or luxury vinyl flooring
• Apply primer and finish paint to walls and ceiling
• Inspect all electrical, HVAC, and structural systems for code compliance
• Address punch-list items to client satisfaction
• Complete final cleanup and project handoff
