• Preparing students for the Living Environment Regents Exam

• Incorporating authentic assessments into one's teaching
• Designing lessons that challenge and support all students
• Using strong classroom management skills that respond to a student's individual experience, background, and needs
• Flexibility in strategies to improve student attendance
