Responsibilities
- Foster student growth by using a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on activities, collaborative projects, and individualized support to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maximize student achievement through ongoing assessments and tailored instructional adjustments to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to provide well-rounded support for students’ academic and personal success.
- Build a positive classroom environment based on mutual respect, active inquiry, and a shared passion for learning, where all students feel heard, valued, and empowered.
- Incorporate technology and creative tools to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for success in a 21st-century world.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent).
- Possession of, or eligibility for, valid teaching certification.
- Teaching experience, which may include student teaching or other relevant experience.
- Strong command of the subject(s) you teach and the ability to deliver content in an engaging, impactful manner.
- Adherence to the Code of Ethics for the Education Profession.
