About the RoleCoolCards is a new live commerce collaboration between CoolKicks and Crossing, bringing together 2 of the biggest brands on Whatnot to create a high-energy destination for trading cards and collectibles.With an established audience and strong presence on the platform, we're building a team of talented livestream hosts who can deliver an entertaining customer experience while driving sales and helping grow the CoolCards brand.What You’ll DoHost engaging, high-energy livestream selling sessions on WhatnotRepresent CoolCards professionally and authentically on cameraShowcase and sell trading cards, collectibles, and related productsBuild rapport with viewers and create an interactive, entertaining live experienceDrive sales by communicating product value, creating excitement, and responding to customers in real timeDevelop strong product knowledge across Pokémon, One Piece, sports cards, and other collectiblesStay informed on relevant products, releases, trends, and the broader collectibles communityPrepare for livestreams and maintain a polished, organized, and professional setupTrack your performance and continuously improve your hosting, audience engagement, and sales approachCollaborate with the broader team on promotions, programming, and ways to grow the CoolCards channelWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in sales, entertainment, livestreaming, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another highly customer-facing environmentExceptional verbal communication skills and a natural ability to engage peopleConfident and comfortable being on camera for extended periodsCharismatic, energetic, and able to command an audienceStrong sales instincts and the ability to turn customer engagement into purchasesQuick-thinking and comfortable adapting in a fast-paced live environmentSelf-driven, dependable, coachable, and motivated by performanceWillingness to develop strong knowledge of trading cards, collectibles, and the products featured on streamAbility to take feedback, continuously improve, and maintain a consistently high standard of performanceNice to HavePrevious livestream selling experience, particularly on Whatnot or a similar live commerce platformOn-camera hosting, content creation, entertainment, or social media experienceProven sales experience or a track record of meeting performance goalsExisting knowledge of Pokémon, One Piece, sports cards, or other trading card games and collectiblesAn existing portfolio, social media presence, or examples of previous on-camera/livestream work The pay range for this role is: 27 - 33 USD per hour(Irvine, CA)
