Livestream Sales Host

About the role

Florelle Inc. is a growing beauty e-commerce company in McLean, VA. We sell directly to customers through live commerce platforms including TikTok Shop and Whatnot. We’re looking for a Livestream Sales Host to go on camera and sell. This is a sales role first and a content role second — what matters most is your energy on camera and your ability to turn viewers into buyers. Previous livestream experience is preferred but not required; we’ll train you on the platforms.

Responsibilities

• Host live selling streams on TikTok Shop and Whatnot on a set weekly schedule
• Present beauty products on camera: tell the story, handle objections, close sales
• Run auction-format sales and manage live chat in real time
• Work with the operations team on what to feature, pricing, and inventory
• Review stream performance and adjust your approach based on what converts

Qualifications

• Comfortable and energetic on camera for extended live sessions
• Strong communication skills; quick on your feet under live conditions
• Reliable — live commerce depends on showing up on schedule
• Sales-oriented and motivated by results
• Genuine interest in beauty products
• Experience in retail sales, livestreaming, hosting, or content creation is a plus
• No degree requirement
