About the role

This role involves managing a fleet of delivery vehicles and ensuring timely and safe deliveries to clients across Mobile, AL.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of drivers to ensure efficient vehicle operation and adherence to safety protocols.
• Plan and execute delivery routes to meet client deadlines.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle operations and safety.

Requirements

• Valid CDL license.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with fleet management software.
• Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and route optimization tools.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good understanding of environmental sustainability practices.
