About the role

This role involves managing a fleet of delivery vehicles and ensuring timely and safe deliveries to customers across the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of drivers to ensure efficient vehicle operation and adherence to safety protocols.
• Plan and execute delivery routes to meet customer needs and company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid CDL license.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with fleet management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good understanding of transportation laws and regulations.
