Live Streamer, Beauty

About the role

The PCA Group of Companies is building a high-energy live commerce team. We're looking for Live Streamers, Beauty who are confident, have an outgoing personality, and can host live shopping shows and drive real sales on platforms like Whatnot and TikTok Live.

Responsibilities

• Host live shopping shows on Whatnot and TikTok Live
• Present and demo beauty products including skincare, fragrance, haircare, and cosmetics
• Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and keep energy high
• Drive sales through storytelling, urgency, bundles, and promotions
• Run live auctions, giveaways, and limited time offers
• Build a loyal audience and grow followers over time
• Work closely with our team on product selection, pricing, and strategy
• Review performance after each show and improve each time
• Cook up with operations to ensure smooth order flow

Requirements

• Minimum 3 live shows per week, each running 3 to 4 hours
• Opportunity for more hours as you grow
• Strong plus if you have experience in TikTok Live selling or social commerce, Whatnot live auctions or selling, Instagram Live or content creation, Beauty retail (Sephora, Ulta, department stores), Influencer or brand ambassador work, Sales, customer service, or retail, or growing or managing social media accounts

What You'll Be Doing

You will be the face of our live shows. This role is part sales, part entertainment, and part content creation. You won't just be going live, you'll be building an audience, creating momentum, and becoming a key part of a fast-growing sales channel.

Compensation

$20 per hour (part-time, contract to start with the ability to grow into a permanent full-time role)
