The PCA Group of Companies is seeking a Live Streamer, Beauty to join our high-energy live commerce team. Based in Ronkonkoma, NY, this role combines sales, entertainment, and content creation.
About the Role
The PCA Group is a global beauty distributor with over 35 years of experience. We distribute products through various channels and are focusing on creating engaging live shopping experiences for brands and consumers.
Responsibilities
- Host live shopping shows on platforms like Whatnot and TikTok Live
- Present and demo beauty products including skincare, fragrance, haircare, and cosmetics
- Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and keep energy high
- Drive sales through storytelling, urgency, bundles, and promotions
- Run live auctions, giveaways, and limited time offers
- Build a loyal audience and grow followers over time
- Work closely with our team on product selection, pricing, and strategy
- Review performance after each show and improve each time
- Cook up with operations to ensure smooth order flow
Live Schedule
- Minimum 3 live shows per week
- Each show runs 3 to 4 hours
- More hours and shows available based on performance
Requirements
- Experience in TikTok Live selling or social commerce
- Experience in Whatnot live auctions or selling
- Experience in Instagram Live or content creation
- Experience in beauty retail (Sephora, Ulta, department stores)
- Experience in influencer or brand ambassador work
- Experience in sales, customer service, or retail
- Experience in growing or managing social media accounts

Compensation
- $20 per hour (part-time, contract to start with the ability to grow into a permanent full-time role)
- Performance bonuses based on sales and growth
