Live Production Contractor - Video Producer (NYC)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Video Producer Contractor with 3–5 years of experience to support the execution and management of corporate live production events.

Responsibilities

• Support live production events from planning through execution
• Aid in the setup and operation of audio, video, and lighting equipment
• Provide technical support during live productions to ensure seamless execution
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure production resources
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time during live events
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards throughout the production process
• Collaborate with project teams to manage schedules, logistics, and on-site execution

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in video production or live production
• Experience as a Video Lead, Videographer, Video Producer, or similar role
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with audio, video, and lighting systems
• Ability to work on-site and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience

Corporate live production experience is required.

Pay

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $50 - $70 per hour. Will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.

Work Schedule

Approximate hours per week: About 40 hours.
