Live-In Sorority House Director at the University of Cincinnati

About the role

The Zeta Chapter of Tri Delta at the University of Cincinnati is seeking a part-time, live‑in House Director to provide on‑site property and employee management while fostering a sense of belonging for members and staff. The role begins October 2026 and includes overseeing a brand‑new 2020 home housing 35 residents (108 chapter members), supervising 7 dining employees (chef and 6 dining assistants), managing dining operations, maintaining the facility, and living in a fully furnished director suite with living room, bedroom, small kitchenette, bathroom, and in‑suite laundry.

Responsibilities

• Live-in and reside overnight at the Tri Delta chapter house.
• Manage the daily operations of the house and provide weekly reports to supervisor, chapter leadership and volunteers.
• Report violations of chapter house rules and policies to chapter officers and advisors (the house director is not expected nor permitted to discipline chapter members).
• Properly maintain the chapter house over time.
• Recommend capital improvements as needed throughout the year.
