Responsibilities

• Lives in the client's home, typically on a rota of two weeks on and two weeks off.
• Provides personalized support throughout the day, including helping with personal care, preparing meals, and accompanying clients on walks.
• Supports clients with a range of activities, such as light housekeeping, shopping, and attending medical appointments.
• Ensures a structured daily routine with breaks and adequate sleep.
• Builds a genuine, lasting relationship with one client, becoming part of their life.

Requirements

• Not a requirement for live-in care experience.
• Committed to building relationships and providing holistic support.
• Flexible and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with your own company during quieter periods.
• Respectful of boundaries and professional in a home setting.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required.
• Comprehensive, fully funded training provided.
• Includes modules on boundaries, lone working, moving and handling, medication safety, and dementia awareness.
• Full induction and workplace pension scheme.

Pay

Schedule
