Weekly Rate: £1,100 per week, plus a £50 weekly living allowance
About the role
Join Radfield Home Care in our mission to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience. We're looking for experienced, self-employed Live-in Care Professionals to provide high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to live independently in their own homes.
As a Live-in Care Professional, you'll provide one-to-one support tailored to each client's needs, including:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Light household duties
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
Requirements
- Previous live-in care experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication skills
- A compassionate and professional approach
Self-Employed Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining your own training, insurance and compliance. As part of the onboarding process, you'll need to provide:
- Enhanced DBS certificate and Update Service check code
- Two forms of ID
- Proof of address
- Carer's insurance
- Driving licence and car insurance
- Right to work documentation (if applicable)
- Two professional references
- Up-to-date CV
- Relevant training certificates
