Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care—bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility exercises.
• Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals; perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders and track basic health indicators.
• Offer companionship—chat, play games, accompany walks, and support social outings or errands.
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with family members and the care team.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a live‑in caregiver, home health aide, or personal care aide (preferred).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Confidence with safe transfers and basic housekeeping/cooking.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and remain awake/alert for overnight safety checks.
• Compassionate, reliable, and respectful of privacy in a client’s home.
