Caregiver
We are looking for compassionate, certified, and experienced Caregivers. If you are not certified, we offer Homecare Aide Certification Training.
About the role
As a Caregiver, you will be part of our team ensuring the best care for our clients and their families. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes to help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Our client care includes companionship, light hands-on assistance, heavy hands-on bed-bound personal care, and end-of-life hospice care with nurse delegation.
You may assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal planning/cooking, personal care, and providing companionship. We offer a variety of shifts: short, long, overnight, and live-ins, working around your availability and preferred locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
- Assist with companionship and light hands-on care
- Provide heavy hands-on personal care for bed-bound clients
- Support end-of-life hospice care with nurse delegation
- Assist clients with errands and light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Plan and cook meals
- Offer personal care and companionship
Requirements
- HCA, CNA, or Exemption Letter with Active NAR
- Driver’s License (if applicable)
- Work authorization in the United States
- Open to applicants without a high school diploma or GED
- Suitable for those entering or re-entering the workforce
- Flexible for second jobs or those with resume gaps
- Encouraged for military-experienced candidates
- Open to all ages over 18, including older job seekers
- No college diploma required
- Ideal for nursing students to enhance caregiving skills

Schedule
- Full-time (32+ hours per week, eligible for all benefits)
- Part-time (less than 32 hours per week on average)
- Shifts available 7 days a week: Morning, Mid-Day, Evening, Overnight, Live-in
- 1:1 Caregiver-to-client ratio
Locations
Multiple locations throughout King County, including Seattle, North Seattle, West Seattle, South Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, Sammamish, Shoreline, and Des Moines.
