About the Role

As a Live In CNA with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements

• Must have prior experience being a live in Caregiver
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Connecticut
• Previous experience in home care or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
