Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help clients safely move around their homes and attend appointments
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Work closely with nurses, families, and healthcare professionals
- Follow all safety and infection control guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Home Health Aide certification preferred
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
