Live Hang/Over Crew - Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Lift live birds weighing 4lb - 9lb off a moving belt and hang them into moving shackles.
• Remove returned chicken feet from shackles as needed before placing live birds onto shackles.
• Maintain and enhance quality and food safety to meet company standards and USDA requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Report to work regularly and on time, including overtime and weekends as scheduled.
• Comply with established rules and procedures and accept constructive feedback.
• Ensure safety in the workplace and model good working habits.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety protocols.
• Be capable of passing a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Pay and Benefits

The starting pay rate is $19.00 per hour, with additional premiums for attendance ($0.25), shift ($0.50 for swing, $1.00 for night), and longevity ($0.25 after one year of service).
