Pre-Sale/Post Sale Responsibilities
- Conduct audience analysis using prescribing trends, specialty data, geography, and practice type.
- Build segmented target lists (HCPs, hospitals, community practices, IDNs).
- Identify high-value regions and clinical hotspots for event placement.
- Evaluate competitor presence, market saturation, and opportunity gaps.
- Support sales with data-driven recommendations for event formats, locations, and audience mix.
- Forecast potential attendance using historical data, specialty density, and engagement benchmarks.
- Analyze local healthcare ecosystems to recommend partnered venues (hospitals, cancer centers, specialty groups).
- Partner with PM/AE teams to validate feasibility and alignment with client KPIs.
- Research and score potential partnered venues (hospitals, professional societies, academic centers).
- Map local networks to identify optimal event footprint.
- Measure engagement performance vs. benchmarks and client KPIs.
- Assess venue performance and recommend future location strategy.
- Identify trends in clinician behavior, attendance patterns, and educational demand.
- Deliver executive summaries with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support Sales, PM, and AE teams with data insights to improve accuracy of pre-sale commitments.
- Inform marketing on audience needs, segmentation intelligence, and targeting refinements.
- Collaborate with event operations and client services to ensure data alignment from planning through reporting.
- P业with hospital/venue relations teams to enhance local engagement strategies.
Tools & Skills
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing analytics tools, data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI), and segmentation systems.
- Strong understanding of HCP databases, NPI taxonomy, and healthcare market dynamics.
- Ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations for client-facing teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent events.
