Pay
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $67,300.00 – $112,200.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 5%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives.

Responsibilities
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and business outcomes
- Support the development, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of standardized operating procedures and workflows
- Configure, administer, test, monitor, and maintain event technology platforms throughout their operational lifecycle
- Support implementation, maintenance, optimization, and adoption of technology solutions and associated business processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with business partners and vendors
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and process efficiencies
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across technology platforms and reporting
- Support continuous improvement by regularly identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize operational processes and recommended technology-enabled solutions and automation opportunities, while maintaining documentation and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of supporting operations, reporting, analytics, technology platforms, or process improvement activities
- Knowledge of business process improvement, workflow documentation, and continuous improvement methods used to support efficient and standardized business operations
- Experience analyzing operational data and developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that translate business requirements into actionable insights and operational solutions
- Knowledge of business technology platforms, data management practices, and system administration activities, including testing, troubleshooting, data integrity, and user support
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to document processes, maintain operational standards and job aids, and support implementation of process and technology improvements
