With operations in over 34 countries and a customer base of almost 72 million end-users, they are currently looking for a Live Chat Support representative to join them on a part-time basis. This role is based in United, Pennsylvania, United States, and is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional communicator to provide first-class support to their valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via live chat.
- Providing accurate and comprehensive information regarding their services, products, and billing.
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution.
- Troubleshooting issues effectively and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Working collaboratively with team members to improve customer service processes and performance.
- Upholding the company's brand voice and high standards of customer care in all communications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with direct experience in live chat support being highly advantageous.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Excellent typing speed and the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- A customer-focused mindset with a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team environment.
