About the role

Greenwave Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our remote customer service team. In this role, you will communicate with customers through live chat, respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and help resolve service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat.
• Assist customers with questions regarding logistics services, shipments, and deliveries.
• Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer concerns.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, live chat, call center, or administrative support is preferred.
• Excellent written communication and typing skills.

• Professional and friendly communication style.
