- Assess client needs efficiently to direct enquiries to the appropriate specialist consultant or department within the organisation.
- Resolve client queries effectively, and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM system.
- Uphold a high standard of client satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand experience.
- Stay informed about the company’s services and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service, live chat, or client-facing role is essential.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of UK-English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- The ability to multitask effectively, manage time, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A patient, professional, and empathetic approach to client communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., legal, financial, or consulting) is highly desirable but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM software would be a distinct advantage.
