About the role

The Junto is a modern-day embodiment of Ben Franklin’s club—a gathering space for visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists to exchange ideas and inspire one another. As a bartender, you’ll craft both traditional and creative cocktails while delivering impeccable customer service to enhance guest retention and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with warm, emphatic hospitality
• Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards to elevate each guest experience
• Maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and organization while multitasking and adhering to standards
• Use appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
• Prioritize responsible alcohol service

Requirements

• Prior experience as a bartender is required
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options
• Proactive and thoughtful nature with a professional demeanor
• Must have availability on Sundays and Mondays
