About the role

As a Bartender at The Pinery Country Club in Parker, CO, you are the mixologist, creating and serving alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar and in the dining area. You’ll craft sippable delights for members and guests while maintaining a fast-paced, fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients, and make beverage suggestions.
• Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails.
• Maintain and operate all bar equipment properly.
• Uphold beverage quality and service standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Monitor alcohol intake of guests and ensure compliance with legal drinking age (21+).

Requirements

• 1-2 years of bartending experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn and perform.
