Litigation & White Collar Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with witness interviews, depositions and witness testimony preparation
• Support document collection, review and management for discovery matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare analytical memoranda and case summaries
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and dispositive motions
• Assist with jury instructions and other litigation filings
• Support corporate compliance projects and due diligence reviews
• Interact with clients, co-counsel and opposing counsel on active matters

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in litigation and white collar matters
• Experience with internal investigations, civil or criminal litigation, and enforcement matters
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and proactive work style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with sophisticated clients
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of the office location or eligible for admission

Compensation

Salary Range: $260,000 – $310,000 (DOE)
