Litigation Technology Analyst

About the role
This position may be filled remotely or in any of our office locations. The Litigation Technology Analyst provides support on all litigation applications, including in-house applications, and collaborates with Litigation Technology Case Managers to develop technology solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Assist Litigation Technology Case Managers with technical aspects of planning and managing litigation/discovery projects, including:
- Database creation and maintenance
- Processing of electronic discovery
- Data conversion/formatting
- Loading various data types into document databases
- Preparing data for case team review
- Troubleshooting software and data issues
- Verifying data integrity
- Updating project tracking logs
- Complying with quality control and application use standards
- Use critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities to formulate cost-effective solutions for time-sensitive matters.
- Perform iPhone collections.
- Travel as needed.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to assist customers after normal business hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-year degree or commensurate work experience; 4-year degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Outstanding organization skills with the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical experience within a law firm or litigation support vendor preferred.
- Knowledge of office equipment, including high-speed scanners, copiers, and printers.
- Advanced computer and database technology skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Team-oriented with the ability to share information, goals, and opportunities.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to understand details within a larger context.
- Flexibility to respond quickly to shifting demands and work under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility with scheduled days and hours, including handling after-hours requests as needed.

Pay
Compensation varies by location and is commensurate with skills and experience. The expected compensation ranges for this position are:
- State of California: $70,000 - $142,000
- State of Colorado: $64,000 - $114,000
- State of Illinois: $63,000 - $122,000
- State of Maine: $47,000 - $109,000
- State of Maryland: $68,000 - $102,000
- State of Massachusetts: $70,000 - $133,000
- State of Minnesota: $70,000 - $115,000
- Jersey City, NJ: $76,000 - $137,000
- State of New York: $65,000 - $140,000
- State of Vermont: $69,000 - $132,000
- State of Virginia: $45,000 - $132,000
- State of Washington: $68,000 - $128,000
- Washington, D.C.: $90,000 - $132,000
