About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Litigation Technology Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position supports litigation applications and manages litigation/discovery projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with Litigation Technology Case Managers to develop technology solutions to meet client expectations.
- Assist Litigation Technology Case Managers with technical aspects of litigation/discovery projects, including database creation and maintenance, processing of electronic discovery, data conversion/formatting, loading of various data types into document databases, preparing data for case team review, troubleshooting software issues, troubleshooting data received from outside sources and exports from internal databases, verifying data integrity, updating project tracking logs, and complying with established standards for quality control and application use.
- Use critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities to formulate cost-effective solutions for time-sensitive matters.
- Perform iPhone collections.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-year degree or commensurate work experience required; 4-year degree preferred.
- 3-5 years' relevant experience required, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Outstanding organization skills with the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical experience within a law firm or litigation support vendor preferred.
- Knowledge of office equipment including high-speed scanners, copiers, and printers preferred.
- Demonstrate advanced computer and database technology skills.
- Pay attention to details and have the ability to follow up and follow through.
- Be highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Be team-oriented and able to share information, goals, and opportunities.
- Ability to be a proactive, self-starter, who understands the details within a much larger context.
- Be flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities; ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple detailed tasks.
- Flexibility with days and hours scheduled.
- Technical knowledge and experience in the following software preferred: MS Office Suite/O365, Transcript Software, IPro Suite, Nuix, Relativity.
