OverviewA leading law firm is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to support eDiscovery and litigation technology operations across multiple offices.This role will provide hands-on support throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle, including RelativityOne administration, document review and production, AI-assisted workflows, case preparation, and trial support. The ideal candidate has prior law firm or legal services experience and is comfortable supporting multiple active matters and time-sensitive litigation deadlines. ResponsibilitiesSupport all phases of the EDRM lifecycle, including collection, processing, analytics, review, and productionAssist with RelativityOne workspace setup, data loading, searches, metadata validation, permissions, and troubleshootingMaintain case workspaces and ensure compliance with ESI protocols, protective orders, and firm proceduresSupport AI-enabled workflows, including Relativity aiR-assisted review, summarization, and issue identificationValidate AI outputs and escalate potential issues or risksPrepare document productions, including redactions, privilege checks, formatting, and quality controlTrack production deadlines, logs, and delivery confirmationsPrepare exhibits, witness binders, deposition materials, demonstratives, and other case materialsAssist attorneys with document searches, data pulls, file conversions, and exhibit preparationSet up and test courtroom and trial presentation technologyOperate trial presentation and exhibit software during hearings, arbitrations, and trialsProvide on-site or remote trial support and troubleshoot technical issuesMaintain chain-of-custody documentation, case records, and internal logs RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience2–5 years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience, preferably within a law firm or legal services environmentHands-on experience with RelativityOne in active litigation matters2–3 years of Relativity, RelativityOne, or comparable platform experience preferredRelativity certifications are a plusStrong understanding of litigation discovery processes, workflows, and deadlinesFamiliarity with analytics-driven review tools, including TAR, email threading, and clusteringExposure to AI-assisted review workflows, including Relativity aiR, preferredExperience with trial presentation and exhibit tools such as TrialDirector, OnCue, Final Exhibits, or Adobe Acrobat Pro is preferredFamiliarity with Progress ShareFile is a plusStrong technical troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active mattersFlexibility to work extended hours during trials and other peak litigation periodsAbility to travel to court and between offices as neededExperience supporting complex or expedited litigation matters is a plus
